DALLAS, March 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Lennox International Inc. (NYSE: LII) announced today Scott J. Boxer, president of LII subsidiary, Lennox Industries Inc., will assume the additional responsibility of temporary leadership of LII subsidiary Service Experts, replacing Dennis Smith. An active search is underway and a new president of Service Experts is expected to be named prior to the end of the second quarter, according to Bob Schjerven, chief executive officer, LII.
Boxer joined LII in 1998 as president, European operations and was named president of Lennox Industries Inc. in July, 2000.
