Lennox International Appoints Vice President, Treasurer

DALLAS, Sept 20, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ -- Lennox International Inc. (NYSE: LII) announced the appointment of Gary Larson to the position of vice president, treasurer.

Mr. Larson previously served as treasurer for Kodak Polychrome Graphics (KPG) since 2002, where he managed the corporate treasury and tax areas. He also served as secretary of the finance committee of the board of directors. Prior to his career at KPG, he was director, finance and business operations for Imation Corporation since 1999, managing the financial planning, accounting, and controls areas for the company's global Color Technologies business unit. Before moving to Imation, Mr. Larson served in a variety of domestic and international management positions for IBM over a 22-year span beginning in 1977. He holds a B. S. in business and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Minnesota.
