Lennox International Appoints New Board Director, Announces Voting Results

DALLAS, April 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- At its annual meeting today, Lennox International Inc. (NYSE: LII) announced the election of a new board member and announced results of the 2006 proxy voting.

LII announced the election of Jeffrey D. Storey, MD, as a director for a term of three years. Dr. Storey is a founding partner and president of Cheyenne Women's Clinic in Cheyenne, Wyoming, a position he has held since 2004. He is a great grandchild of D.W. Norris, the founder of the company.

In addition to the election of Dr. Storey, current directors Linda G. Alvarado, Steven R. Booth, and John E. Major were also re-elected to three- year terms. Directors received no less than 57,581,521 shares, or 93% of shares voted, for election.
